How Belalba handles your data
Short version: this site collects personal data only when you give it, through a form or an email, and uses it for the purpose you gave it for. Site analytics run without cookies and without identifying you. Nothing is sold or shared for advertising. The Revenue Engine Check at check.belalba.com has its own privacy page, which applies to your answers there.
What we collect, and when
Contact form. Your name, work email, company and message, when you submit the form on the contact page. The form is processed by Brevo, which stores the submission and notifies us by email.
Community registration. Your name and email address, when you register interest in the community. Stored as a separate list in Brevo, used only for community messages and never for commercial outreach.
Afternoon Hours requests. Your name, work email, company, role and the evenings you asked for, when you submit the request form. The form is processed by Brevo. We confirm by email and send a calendar invitation; the request is not an automatic booking.
Email you send us. Whatever you put in it, held in our mailbox, which is provided by Namecheap (Private Email).
Site analytics. Page views, referrer, approximate location, browser and device type, collected by Vercel Web Analytics without cookies and without cross-site tracking. Vercel identifies a visit by a hash of the request that is discarded after 24 hours, and we see aggregated figures only. We cannot identify you from it. That is why there is no cookie banner.
Hosting logs. The site is served by Vercel, which keeps standard access logs (IP address, time, page requested) for security and operation for a short period set by Vercel. We do not use them to identify visitors.
What we do not do: no advertising pixels, no social media trackers, no cookies set by this site, no purchase of contact data, no scraping.
Why we may process it
- Contact form and email: our legitimate interest in answering you, or the steps needed before a contract where you ask about an engagement.
- Community registration: your consent, given when you register. Withdraw it at any time by unsubscribing or emailing us.
- Afternoon Hours requests: the steps needed to hold the session you asked for.
- Analytics and hosting logs: our legitimate interest in running the site and knowing which pages are read, using data that does not identify you.
What we do with it
- Answer your message or hold the session you asked for.
- Send community members the community's messages, each with an unsubscribe link.
- Read aggregated page statistics.
Contact-form and request details are used to reply to you and, where you have asked about an engagement, to follow up on it. They are not added to any mailing list without your consent.
Who processes it
Each of these acts on our instructions as a processor.
- Forms and lists
- Brevo, Paris. Brevo states that its hosting servers are located within the European Union.
- Email and calendar
- Namecheap, Inc., United States (Private Email). Namecheap states that it follows the GDPR for customers in Europe; the mailbox may be processed in the United States.
- Hosting and analytics
- Vercel Inc., United States. Vercel processes data in the United States and elsewhere; transfers of personal data from the EU are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses under Vercel's Data Processing Addendum (effective 31 March 2026) and by Vercel's certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
The Revenue Engine Check stores answers with Supabase and sends its reports through Brevo, as its own privacy page states.
How long we keep it
- Contact-form messages and email: for as long as the conversation is live, then up to 24 months in case it resumes, then deleted.
- Community list: until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion, after which the entry is removed within 30 days.
- Afternoon Hours requests: the form submission is deleted within 30 days of the session or of a declined request; the calendar entry stays in our calendar and is deleted on request.
- Analytics: aggregated only; no per-person record exists to delete.
- Hosting logs: per Vercel's stated period.
Your rights
Access, correction, deletion, portability and objection: email info@belalba.com and we act within 30 days. You can also complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, or to the authority in your own country.
